Time Off

Our internal policy on time off is as follows:

  • All members of our team are entitled to 14 days vacation leave per year.
  • We also offer unlimited sick leave, and holidays in accordance with legislation applicable to your country of residence.
  • We understand that there may be situations where you might need to take some time off for major events in your life or to take care of child emergencies, so team members can also apply for parental leave and wedding leave.

Ultimately we operate on a trust basis and trust our team members to manage their time off responsibly. Your work results are what matters, so if you need to take a few days here and there above your annual entitlement, as long as that is coordinated with the team, we are happy to provide our support.

Planning Leave

  1. To help with scheduling, please submit your day off application in BambooHR at least 2 weeks in advance. Applications submitted within a shorter notice period may still be considered, subject to Management’s approval.
  2. Inform your team as early as possible.
