Cash bonuses are awarded semi-annually, in March and September.

We take into consideration the company’s performance, as well as your individual contribution.

Previously:

• Solid performers: received .5 months (equivalent to 13 months pay)
• Exceeding expectations: received 1 month (equivalent to 14 months pay)
