We want the people building Menlo to own a meaningful percentage of the company over time. It is important to us to acknowledge the contributions made by all team members, and provide everyone an opportunity to participate in the equity of the company and feel invested in our success. Team members receive share option grants as part of their compensation package, aligning their interests with the long-term success of the company.
